It is advisable to pre-book some attractions, tours, etc in advance. Others can be on a pay as you go basis but we can advise you on this as part of our free Tour planning service.
For golfers it is imperative that all tee-times are booked as far in advance as possible.
Do I have to book a package bus tour with you?
No not at all - We offer to package up your bus tour as a free service when you book your tour bus and driver/guide with us - You can still book your own hotels, golf, attractions, etc yourself or via a travel agent/tour operator.
How much to include a package bus tour?
We can package up your tour as part of our service when you book your tour bus and driver/guide with us. So you get to avail of our expertise at no extra cost to you.
Does it have to be a full package bus tour?
No - We can book some, all or none of your services. For example we can include your hotels and/or tee times as part of your package and you can look after the rest on your own. Or you may just want to book a bus and driver/guide from us and look after booking your hotels, entertainment, etc on your own Please note that regardless of whether you book a package or not with us, you can still avail of our expert tour planners to help you with your lodgings, golf, attractions, entertainment, etc.
Is there a minimum group size?
No - When you book your tour bus/coach/car with us you have the option to avail of a package tour no matter how small or large your group is.
How does it all work?
Your tour planner will first work with you to plan your outline daily itinerary (working in tee-times in the case of Golf tours) which will dictate where your overnight locations will ultimately be. You will then be presented with a list of lodgings (tee-times) to suit your budget/taste and if you are happy with these we then proceed with making the bookings. We then work on any attractions that need to be pre-booked (if they do not need to be pre-booked and can be paid on the day of the visit you have the option of doing this yourself) Finally we work on any extras like entertainment/meal packages, boat trips, ferry crossings, etc. You have a full say over what is finally booked/or not at all times.
When do we pay for our package?
For payment purposes, your booking for your tour car/bus/coach and driver/guide is treated separately to your package. A small deposit will secure you bus/driver and the balance due would be payable shortly before your tour begins. Because hotels, golf clubs, attractions, etc have different deposit rates and balance due dates we will advise you on these when you approve your tour planners proposed itinerary/package. Generally though you can expect to pay 25% to 50% of all package costs with the balance due payable in full 6 weeks prior to your tour date.
Do I have to make a deposit?
Yes - To secure your tour booking we will require a deposit. Your tour planner will advise what amount this will be. This can vary depending on your booking (total cost, regular tour/package tour, golf tour, etc)
When is our balance due payable?
Your tour planner will advise you when your balance due is payable along with your deposit details.
Can we pay direct to your bank account?
Yes - This is our preferred method of payment and our bank details will be provided.
